Anthony formed APG in June 2012 after being honorably discharged from a decorated history of serving in the United States Coast Guard Aux. Since 2012, he has established himself as a leading and industry-respected security professional focused on providing clients with the peace of mind they deserve. He holds licenses as a private investigator in three states with an additional five state licenses in private security. His vast experience of 48 years in the fields of military, law enforcement, security and investigation has trained him to handle any scenario.
Mr. Brown lends his wealth of knowledge and experience to serve as the company’s President & CEO with a clear vision of training professionals to provide effective security and investigative services. He continues to serve in the Coast Guard and is undergoing FAA Certified Flight Training to be an active pilot with the Coastal Search and Rescue / Homeland Security Patrols.

Vice President of National Operations
Following the family tradition in joining the military with the United States Army, Leon retired after 40 years of active and reserved duties as a 1-star General and was honorably discharged.
After his military career, Leon dedicated his service to the Colorado Springs Police Department. In his 10 years of experience at the CSPD, Leon began by serving patrol and in the traffic division, earned a promotion to the rank of Detective and sustained injuries in the line of duty. Mr. Bombard moved onto the security industry, working his way to the title of Security Director of Fortune 100 and 500 companies including Walmart, Sears and the Navy Exchange, as well as small-to-medium businesses such as Soleil Management and Siegel Corporation, where he was entrusted with the security of all properties. He has a vast history in the fields of military, law enforcement, security and investigation for the past 48 years, in which he has covered all types of scenarios in security, investigations to include executive protection.

Mrs. Bombard who has years of experience in the retail business and her skill set and experience in customer care sector serves American Protection Group with excellence and fulfillment in keeping of our customers satisfied in the daily grind in our operations. Mrs. Bombard an armed security officer with personal protection detail, gang suppression experiences provide our operations with true understanding on when, why and how to deal with issues in the field. Satisfying our clients is key to our continued success, but the safety of our employees is truly our number one concerns she brings to the overall operations of the company. Mrs. Bombard is also fully licensed in the States of California, Arizona and Nevada.

Jonathan is a highly qualified professional with an extensive background in security. He has more than 8 years of experience with managing security staff for some largest companies in the United States. His experience and talented troubleshooting abilities have provided him with a level of respect by our customers and security staff under his command. As a well-rounded and sincere leader at APG, he has built for himself an area command of loyal employees who enjoy working with our clients and APG. With his previous experience in multiple areas of security as a training officer, he adds a level of customer service to his already lengthy experience in the security industry.

Mr. Taylor is a highly qualified professional with an extensive background in security. He has more than 5 years of tenure in the security industry, providing him with a level of experience that makes him a well-rounded and a true leader and professional. With his previous experience in multiple areas of security, such as mobile patrol teams and supervising, Mr. Taylor is able to demonstrate his solid background in patrols and deploy his leadership here at APG.

Charlie graduated from the California State University of Long Beach, with a B.S. Degree in Criminal Justice and to date has over 20 years of Private Security and Investigative experience. A very extensive background in office administration with a legal firm has provided Mr. Kung with talents and experiences that have molded his position as an Operation Manager with leadership and true administrative organization. Mr. Kung has furthered APG as a leader in the security and investigative industry. The devotion to APG and integrity he carries has provided his security teams with a true role model to follow. Ms. Bombard has over 4 years of experience in the security industry, including overseas government operation projects, executive protection, project management, and disaster relief projects. Ms. Bombard is also a fully licensed in the States of California, Arizona and Nevada.
Ms. Bombard has handle multiple position in management of American Protection Group and presents a proactive approach to issues and is a true solution solver and has learned how to mediate issue, through problem solving and investigation into what was the cause of the matter. She currently oversees the scheduling of over 100+ employees under her command and demonstrates a dedication to our customer satisfaction and employee retention.

Mr. Rodriguez has a very extensive background in the security industry. He has provided our clients with leadership and experience that truly reflect on why our clients stay with us for years. Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area Command, Operation Manager
Mr. Castellon holds a master’s degree in Criminal Justice. He has performed in a teaching capacity for Criminal Justice and Security at the Broward College Police Academy, Miami Dade College and Everest University. He is a licensed Florida Security Instructor with more than 10 years of experience training Security and Police personnel. His additional licenses include Florida security M, G, DI and D licenses.
Mr. Castellon’s 20 years of Law Enforcement experience includes patrol duty, Field Training Officer, Field Training Coordinator for a large Florida Agency and extensive management supervisory experience. He has more than 15 years of experience in the security industry. Mr. Castellon has experience in starting up security departments, training staff to merge police departments with the Sheriff’s office and managing training functions.
Andres has the education, experience and training to provide our clients with the highest level of service and protection for their home or business. Andres has operational knowledge of Federal, State and local laws, as well as rules and regulations pertaining to the security industry. Lastly, Andres has extensive management and supervisory experience in institutions of higher learning, law enforcement and professional security services. Mr. Castellon believes in Crime Prevention, Community Oriented Policing and Problem Oriented Policing/Security.
